No longer do downtown Bellevue residents and workers have to wait for Fridays to enjoy a choice food truck goodness.

The Bellevue food truck pod at 610 106th Ave. NE, between the Barnes and Noble Booksellers and the Bellevue Galleria, is now open five days a week from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Many of the same food trucks which frequent South Lake Union and other locations in Seattle are scheduled to be in Bellevue. The lineup includes Sam Choy’s Poke, Off the Rez, Where Ya At, Napkin Friends and Mesob at the Curb, and more.

You can check out the current line up in Bellevue in the Eastside section of Seattle Food Truck’s website.

According to Seattle Metropolitan magazine, Curbside Provisions opened the Bellevue food truck pod in November. But, Bellevue residents and workers have shown a healthy appetite for meals on wheels with established appointments at T-Mobile campus, in the alley behind Toys R’ Us and other business locations and special events such as the Crossroads Bellevue Eastside Food Truck Snackdown over the past few years.
