Brett Konen is a Seattle-based journalist and author. Since graduating from Whitman College in 2012 she has written on everything from immigration reform to wine culture to Afghan cooking for the Globalist, Wedding Party, Twine Living, Cidercraft Magazine and Meriwether Publishing. Most often she writes on spirits and coffee for Sip Northwest Magazine. In between she makes time for festivals, travel, cheering on Steven Hauschka and his Seahawks, and everything else the Emerald City offers.
