Khmer Anti-deportation Advocacy Group of Washington

The Khmer Anti-deportation Group of Washington (KhAAG) is community effort led by families to advocate, support, and provide resources for our community members who are unfairly targeted by ICE with orders of removal, detained, or deported. With roots in the Seattle-Tacoma area, KhAAG formed as a response to the Trump Administration's escalating aggression against the Khmer American community in October 2018.

The removals of 36 Khmer-American community members have sent shock waves through the community. However, the tide is turning. Following this latest wave, an ad hoc group led by some of the family members of the WA7 has come together.
