DESCRIPTION:More details\, dates\, locations & registration »    Cyprus\, the third largest Mediterranean island\, has the perfect climate for olive and orange trees and has abundant seafood. You’ll get a taste of the island cuisine by sampling Halloumi cheese\, originally from Cyprus\, now enjoyed worldwide. Sureyya will prepare the dishes of Zeytinli Balik Salatasi (red snapper salad with capers and olives); Portakalli Enginar (braised artichokes and carrots in orange sauce; Sebzeki Musakka (baked eggplant with tomatoes and cheese); and Balikli Pilav (mixed seafood pilaf). Kaymakli Borek (ricotta cheese-stuffed phyllo pastry) with Orange Honey Sauce is a fitting dessert for our island excursion. With seafood and dairy; no eggs.
