Voters should expect ballots in the mail this week for November’s general elections. Seven of the 9 seats on the Seattle City Council are up for election, and The Seattle Globalist asked the general election candidates for their views on topics important to Seattle communities, including gentrification, policing and Seattle’s “welcoming city” stance.
