Laura Wachs

Laura Wachs is a spoken word poet from Seattle, WA. A writer for twelve years and performer for four, she has featured at shows including Seattle Poetry Slam, Everett Poetry Night, Bellingham Poetry Night, Rain City Slam, Breadline, The Vera Project, Folklife and more. She curated and hosted the art variety show Heart (hear/art), as well as the benefit show Be Love(d) for the Crisis Clinic of King County. A lover of words, mental health, art and people she hopes to remind all she encounters that they are cared for and supported.
