Flag Day Festival: Celebrating Seattle’s Civic Life

Jun 14, 2015 @ 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Join us as we celebrate our community’s civic life at a new festival for all Seattleites! We’re taking the iconic American holiday, Flag Day, and amplifying it with a focus on celebrating our diverse community, citizenship, and all the ways we build civic health together. Flag Day Festival on June 14 is a free public event which will feature a naturalization ceremony for new citizens, a “sworn again” oath-taking for current citizens, free food representing diverse ethic cuisines, local musicians and an art installation by Yeggy Michael. Each attendee also takes home a free Civic Action Toolkit! Register today for this free event!
