VIVENCIAS EN CLAVE CUBANA is a festive, tropical compendium of musical stories from Kiki’s life experiences in Cuba. It features all original Cuban sones, boleros and guarachas and was composed and arranged entirely by Kiki & his childhood friend Coco Freeman (ex-cantante of NG La Banda and Adalberto Alvarez y su Son). This is high energy super-danceable Cuban music and we really hope you can join us!

Cuban cuatro virtuoso Kiki Valera was the musical director of one of the most important groups in the history of the Son Cubano, La Familia Valera Miranda. A continuing force in the evolution of Cuban music, Kiki will be accompanied by a talented lineup of musicians including Buena Vibra’s Joe de Jesus on lead vocals and congas, Alfredo Polier on lead vocals and maracas, Pedro Vargas on bongos, Steve Mostovoy on trumpet, Javier Marú on guitar and… special guest Julio Jauregui on BASS keyboard.
