Sandra Bernhard “Quick Sand”: Comedy + Cabaret

November 2 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

$70.00

The inimitable Sandra Bernhard is always three steps ahead of the crowd. She has to be. She’s Quick Sand. This year she’s bringing you a mélange of musings, music and whimsy, “never boring j’adoring” is her motto. Covering the waterfront of the outrageous, quotidian, and glamorous. Sandy fully realizes her land and brings it to you in vivid color and sound. Take a break with Sandy and don’t get stuck in the mundane. Quick Sand.

Bernhard, a regular on the Ryan Murphy/FX Television show “POSE,” which premieres its second season June 11, is a pioneer of the one-woman show. Her live performances combine a thrilling mix of comedy and rock ‘n’ roll, a raucous mix of political satire, pop culture commentary and cabaret with The Sandyland Squad Band.

The performer, actress, singer, and author is also the host of the hugely popular Sandyland, her daily radio show on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy channel 102, now going into its fourth year.  Bernhard’s film and television credits include The King of Comedy, (for which she was awarded Best Supporting Actress by the National Society of Film Critics), Two Broke Girls, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Broad City, Will & Grace, The Sopranos, and The Larry Sanders Show.
